Flat D is at the top of the building so has some really great views. This apartment is a two bed and has a great amount of space in it, it is also very quiet so great for just chilling out. The beautiful Victorian staircase , the main bedroom bay window over looks the street but also has views down to the beach front and on a clear day you can see the isle of Arran. The small lounge window also looks down towards the beachfront and the dining room bay window overlooks the old town roof tops including the old court house. Flat D is a very spacious apartment all the rooms are very well spaced even the second bedroom, and the apartment is very quiet which is great when you just want to chill after either a hard day at work or staying for some quiet time away.
Charlotte street apartments are a Grade 2 listed building within the historical town of Ayr, apartment D is up the top of the building and C is on the first floor. They are Minuets walk from the town centre where all amenities are and a great fish and chips bar a very short walk to the top of the street. The beach front is about 300 yards from the apartments. There is off street private parking bay marked D specifically for this apartment there is also paid parking directly Infront of the apartments as well if needed and another parking area directly across the road. Apartment D is located in the top part of the building and the lounge window on a clear day you can see the outline of the Isle of Arran and the sea. The dining room window over looks the roof tops of some of the oldest buildings in the town such as the council offices and the High Court.

Ayr town is packed with many sites to see and history and Prestwick town is not far from Ayr as well. There are 3 golf courses, including the famous Prestwick Old Course, which was host to the first 12 British Open Championships between 1860 – 1872. Alloway in Ayr is home to the famous Robert Burns Museum close to where the great poet was born and raised.
