Spacious detached four bedroom family home 4 miles from Cardiff city centre. This house has the best of both worlds with easy access to a main road into Cardiff and close to M4 Junction 30 (13 minutes by car) but with gardens to the front, side and rear and looking out onto a quiet lane with mature trees, it feels like an oasis of calm. There is off road parking for two cars and plenty of other parking on the lane. It is 4.2 miles from Cardiff Central Train station and there is a regular bus service from the bus stops about 5 minutes walk away from the house.

The house is in very good condition, with a lounge that sits 6 people with a real gas fire to make it feel very cosy and welcoming. There is a very large well equipped kitchen where you can cook. We are happy to prepare meals in the evening and provide a continental breakfast by arrangement ( the cost of providing this will be agreed) Off the kitchen is a laundry room with an extra fridge and an ice-maker, a place to han coats and a separate toilet with wash hand-basin. There is a study/ sitting-room off the kitchen. At the front of the house is a large conservatory with a dining table and comfortable sofa and chairs, this is the perfect space for a family Christmas meal or to sit and read, chat or just relax.

There are three double bedrooms on the first floor, one bedroom has a large on-suite shower room. The fourth double bedroom in on the second floor. The bathroom is on the first floor.

There is fibre broadband wifi throughout the house.



This vacation home is located in Old St Mellons, a neighborhood in Cardiff. Cardiff Bay and St Mellons Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Treetops Sporting Ground Ltd and TeamSport Cardiff. Techniquest and Cardiff International Sports Village are also worth visiting.
