Home Farm is a detached country house on the Llanerch Hall Estate, 2.5 miles from St Asaph in North Wales. The cottage sleeps fourteen people in six bedrooms which are made up of two lower ground floor king-size double rooms with en-suite shower rooms, a king-size double with en-suite spa shower, two super king-size doubles, and a lower ground floor family room with four single beds. There is also a bathroom and a ground floor basin and WC. Completing the living accommodation is a kitchen with a dining and sitting area, a dining room with a sitting area and a balcony, and a separate sitting room with a woodburning stove. There is also a gym, a hot tub and a covered BBQ. Outside you will also find ample off road parking.. Home Farm is a superb holiday base with things to do all year round.

Range cooker with electric ovens and 7-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two childrens day beds for use up to 4 years of age, travel cots and highchair available. Note: Private indoor heated swimming pool, children should be supervised at all times in and around the pool and hot tub. Ample off road parking. Enclosed front lawned garden and patio, rear lawned garden with patio, furniture, a fenced pond and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 1.2 miles. Restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: Due to a balcony off the dining room, a narrow, open tread spiral staircase, an external staircase from a decked viewing platform to the garden and a pond in the garden, children will need to be supervised at all times. Note: No stag/hen, or similar.. NOTE: 14/18 people for 2020 there will be a 4 berth annex built at the side of the building which can be let in conjunction with this property for a further £400. Note: Property may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Note: All bedrooms are accessed via a staircase.
