Lake Brenig, Moel Famau, Loggerheads Country Park and Clocaenog Forest are close by. Further afield is the North Wales coast and the Snowdonia National Park.

Located in Corwen, this cottage is in a rural area. Pontcysyllte Aquaduct and Ruthin Gaol are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Caerau Uchaf Gardens and Llangollen Scenic Railway.
