The house nestles in the middle of the plot which is almost 100M long. The enclosed garden is accessed from the kitchen and has a sunny aspect all day. Due to the unique orientation of the property the rear garden also enjoys a day long sunny aspect but also provides for shading from the trees. This area has been designed with a parkland setting in mind with extensive paths and a huge 5M in diameter purpose built private fire pit that can easily seat fifteen people.
