This very individual stable conversion is far from conventional due to its unusual layout but offers bundles of character and is a wonderful romantic retreat for two with pets. With quick access to the A38, it is ideally placed for anyone wanting to discover more of the Cornish coast or South Devon. With beaches such as Whitsand Bay, Seaton and Downderry within 6 miles, you can grab a coffee in the cafe by the sea or explore the many wonderful breathtaking coves. Close by are beautiful walks directly from your front door where you can exercise your dog on the public footpath or choose to use the owner's land if you wish. The more energetic will enjoy nearby attractions such as Adrenaline Quarry or you can hire bikes and cycle the Camel Trail. The popular fishing village of Looe is 8 miles with bars, restaurants, local shops, and boat trips. The cottage is set over two floors with the lounge/kitchen/diner being on the first floor and accessed via an original stone staircase. This wonderful room offers original features, small cottage windows, and lots of raw materials. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of room to cook, dine and chat around the table, or you can take to the comfortable sofa, kick back and watch your favourite programs on the Smart TV. The bedroom is accessed by going back out down the staircase and in through the stable door. The king size bedroom has a natural oak door and floors, original stone walls, and a very cosy place to sleep. The en suite shower room and WC can be accessed via a sliding oak door. Outside is a private enclosed courtyard with a table and chairs and BBQ for you to dine alfresco and take in the Cornish air.
