Just a 5 mile drive will take you to Watergate Bay, popular with surfers and kite surfers. Other attractions and places of interest close by include Holywell Bay Golf Course and beach, Crantock, the Gannel for paddleboarding or kayaking, and the poppy fields at Poly Joke, all within 7 miles.
