Barn In South Cornwall, Launceston

Cornwall. Sleeps up to 4

Well situated for a Cornish touring holiday, the beaches on the south coast are a short drive away as are the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro. Plymouth with its Hoe, Barbican, and National Marine Aquarium, and other attractions including the Adrenalin Quarry, The Eden Project and wakeboarding at Siblyback Lake are also within good driving distance. Also great for day trips are Dartmoor and the North Cornwall coast, famed for its rugged coastline, surfing beaches and quaint fishing villages. A large proportion of this quaint property enjoys an open plan layout. With its exposed wooden ceiling beams it retains much of its rural character. The lounge/kitchen/diner is well furnished with ample comfortable seating, TV/DVD and focal woodburner to warm the room on a cooler winters evening. A door leads outdoors to the patio area. The kitchen area includes a gas oven and hob, dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer. Along the corridor are the bedrooms, the first of which is a king size with en suite shower and WC, while the other bedroom is a twin. Nearby is a bathroom with WC. Step outside, where you can relax on the enclosed decked area with seating or on the surrounding lawn with BBQ. There is a shared utility room that contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is ample off road parking for two cars. There are plenty of leisure facilities on site, where you can enjoy the indoor swimming pool (open end of March end of October), exclusively available for guests of the two holiday properties. The games room contains a pool table and table football. There is children's play equipment outside for both barns to enjoy. The River Inny cuts across the farm land and if fishing is your thing, you are welcome to get involved, though you will need to bring your own rods.
