This beautiful barn conversion is perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Devon and Cornwall. Plymouth is within easy reach (17 miles) with its historic Barbican, National Marine Aquarium, thriving shopping centre and a huge variety of amenities. You are also 11 miles from the beautiful historic town of Tavistock which offers an array of quirky gift shops, cafes and restaurants. The north and south coasts are easily accessible with the pretty fishing towns of Polperro and Looe within 17 miles, great for a fish supper or mooch around the harbour. Step into this beautiful barn conversion and into the good size lounge/kitchen/diner featuring reclining sofas, perfect for lounging and watching our favourite program on the TV with its firestick. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers a seating area for morning coffee. Moving up a flight of stairs, you have another seating area which has views out over the garden (as well as access to this outdoor space) and a large dining table and chairs, the ideal place to sit down and have a meal with the family.
