The property is just a short drive away from Looe, Liskeard and traditional fishing villages that hug the south Cornish coast. Whitsand Bay, Downderry and Seaton beaches are very close by and all a popular choice. The pretty town of Looe is a short drive away, boasting its famous, picturesque fishing harbour, it has all the attractions expected from a small holiday resort from speed and fishing boat trips to ice cream parlours, shops and restaurants. North is Bodmin Moor with many walking opportunities, views over the countryside and the old mining houses. It is also within easy reach of Cornwall s many attractions including Lanhydrock house, Looe s Monkey Sanctuary and Adrenaline Quarry. For the walkers visit Siblyback Lake, and for cyclists there are many routes to choose from, including Cardinham woods. Entering this remarkable reverse level accommodation via the ground floor you will find the barn s two bedrooms, a super king size bed with TV/DVD and a twin. Completing this floor is the bathroom which consists of a shower over bath and WC. Head up to the first floor and you will enter the beautiful open plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you really do capture the best views. Heading over to the kitchen area you will find a very modern, well equipped kitchen with an electric Range oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and washer/dryer the ideal place to cook up a meal. And completing this delightful space is the stylish dining area which has plenty of seating for four people to gather and enjoy a meal or a drink together. Heading outside you will find a lawned area with garden furniture, a perfect spot to light the gas BBQ and dine alfresco. There is also an additional courtyard area with garden furniture.
