Just right for family holidays or a quiet spot for couples. From a central hall you step in to the cosy, comfy living room which has a wood-burning stove, opposite is the bright, modern kitchen/dining room with a door to the courtyard. At this level there is a utility room and WC. Head up the stairs to two bedrooms: a king-size zip-linked double and a single bedroom with doors to a roof terrace with table and chairs for al fresco meals. Family bathroom. More stairs up to the master double bedroom with en suite shower-room and doors to a little balcony with superb panoramic views just perfect for those sundowners. At the side is an enclosed courtyard with BBQ and at the front, a sunny little paved area with a bench looking over the green to the river. A picturesque and convenient spot for observing and enjoying village and river activity. Lovely walks from the village with footpath to Cotehele House (National Trust), 1 mile. Fun canoeing expeditions. Once a thriving mining valley, now a World Heritage Site dominated by birdsong.
