Chy An Dour is a family owned cottage in Polzeath, North Cornwall available for holiday lets for up to 8 people. It stands in its own level garden only 100 metres from Polzeath beach, along a quiet lane. It has a sheltered, sunny garden and is only a minutes walk from the village centre and the shops. The house is fully furnished, well equipped and has been carefully maintained over many years to provide a comfortable home with all necessary fittings. A detached 3-bedroom bungalow with off-street parking for 3-4 cars in safe, sunny and secluded gardens with SW facing terrace and lawn. There is also a timber summer house in the private garden with 2 beds, ideal for teenage children. Utilities: Electricity is via a £1 coin meter. Hot water is via electricity. Heating is available during winter months by oil central heating. An additional wood burning stove is available in the living room at any time, though wood is not provided. Linen and towels available at extra cost if required. Payment by Cheque or Bank Transfer accepted.A (returnable) damage deposit of £100 required on booking. Bookings: Friday to Friday.
