Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located four bedroom, town house WITH PARKING located within easy walking distance of the vibrant town centre and the world famous Fistral Beach.
Based on one of Newquay's most desirable town centre streets we are close to the many restaurants, cafes and bars that Newquay has to offer with all of the stunning beaches and Newquay Harbour within easy reach.
The space
It’s no exaggeration to say that the surrounding area to our home offers an endless supply of beautiful, family friendly walks and beaches that are guaranteed to keep children exploring every day of the week. Hugged by miles of sandy beaches offering world class waves, family friendly rock pools and calm water for paddle boarding there is something for everyone to enjoy on holiday here in Newquay!
Our stylish and modernised three storey is within walking distance to Newquay’s central and beating heart.
Accommodating 8 in large King bedroom on the 2nd floor with the added bonus of a dedicated work station, 2 x further king bedrooms and a bunk bedroom with two single beds (for children only) is the perfect base and home away from home to explore the town we love so much!
Inside the light, spacious & cosy living area boasts a feature electric fireplace and large flat screen TV
The large dining room creates a lovely hub for family meals and the fully equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare a light snack or even a hearty feast if you’re not planning on eating out or getting takeout.
The dining room also features a cool and retro “Legends Ultimate” 300 multi game arcade machine which will provide hours of family fun after a day at the beach!
The bathroom has been split and there is a bath/shower and basin and then a separate toilet.
There is a small rear courtyard & conservatory to the rear of the house and also offers the rare gem of 2 private driveway parking spaces to the rear.

I have chosen the award-winning property management company Pass the Keys® to manage my home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned. You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
Of course, Pass the Keys® has personally inspected my home and certifies it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
Additional rules
Check in is no earlier than 4.00pm. Checkout is 10.00am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys so please be careful with them. There is a £50 call out charge if you re locked out and require us to let you into the property. We recommended leaving the key in the key safe at all times.
This property sleeps up to 8 people only. No extra guests are permitted. Over occupancy will result in a charge of £100 per person, per night.
A travel cot (please bring your own bedding/linen as we are unable to provide this) and a highchair./booster seat can be found at the property. I politely ask that is these items are used they are wiped down after use and returned back to the place of storage before you check out.
No smoking is permitted within the property at any time. If you are smoking outside, please ensure that all cigarette butts are removed and disposed of safety and correctly.
Unfortunately this apartment does not allow pets
We do not allow single sex parties/stag/hen groups. This is a family friendly property in a residential area, if we receive complaints from our neighbours a charge will incur.
We provide each guest with 1 bath and 1 hand towel. Please provide your own beach towels.
* Please note that this is a self catering property and we provide you with enough basic supplies to get started with i.e washing up liquid, toilet roll, bin liners, dishwasher tablets etc. Please ensure you bring any extras with you.
*Please ensure all lights and the heating is turned off before you vacate the property
*Please try and refrain from bringing sand into the property. Top tip talc powder is a great top tip from removing sand off of feet.

This vacation home is located in Newquay. Newquay Golf Club and Great Western Beach are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Blue Reef Aquarium and Blue Reef Aquarium Newquay. Newquay Zoo and Oasis Fun Pools are also worth visiting.
