Family Detached House, Sea Views, Beach, Golf Club, Eden Project, Short Breaks, St. Austell

Cornwall. Sleeps up to 10

The Old Farm House is a charming, family house dating from the late eighteenth century. It has been in our family for two generations and has been sensitively modernized and restored, with many original features and materials it now offers a blend of tradition, comfort and style. The large oak floored living/ dining room and conservatory offers a spectacular view of St. Austell Bay and makes this house superb for family meals and celebrations. A door from here onto the generous terrace and garden make for easy summer living and outdoor dining, also enjoying the same marvellous view. With a large cosy lounge and 2nd TV room/den there is plenty of space for everyone in your group to find somewhere to relax. Every bedroom enjoys a south facing view over the garden or the coast so no one will feel they have second best. The mature and enclosed garden allows you to relax with young children, whilst taking in the sea air and fantastic view. Porthpean Golf Club is adjacent.
