This detached property is situated in a lovely location with coastal and countryside views. It offers very comfortable and modern accommodation, finished to a high standard. The property is just minutes from the path leading down to the secluded Upton Beach. Widemouth Bay itself with its wide sandy beach is ideal for families and surfers and makes a very comfortable 30 minute walk along the coast path or a 5 minute drive. The property is suitable for all-year-round holidays, with a woodburner in the lounge and central heating throughout. The south-facing terraced garden with raised decked area is ideal for alfresco dining. The house is ideal for walkers with easy access to the coastal path or canal towpath. The garage has a table tennis table and boogie boards, buckets and spades and wind breaks are available to borrow. Penmore is situated close to the seaside town of Bude with two more beaches to enjoy, Summerleaze and Crooklets and a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The town also has tennis courts, sports hall, indoor pool and ten-pin bowling. The beautiful villages of Boscastle, Rock and Padstow to the south, or Hartland to the north and the unique cobbled fishing village of Clovelly, which is a step back in time.

The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: upstairs is 1 king-size master with built-in wardrobes and en-suite shower. On the ground floor is 1 king-size, en-suite shower and views, 2 twin rooms, 1 with en-suite shower. Bathroom: family size with bath and WC. Lounge: on the first floor to take advantage of the lovely south-facing views and has comfortable sofas, TV with Freeview, DVD and woodburner. Kitchen/diner: large open-plan with french doors to the outside patio area, large range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large dining table and chairs. Utility room: with washing machine and dryer. Outside: enclosed garden accessed through a day room with french doors that open out onto a large decked area with steps into the garden. Amenities: ample parking. Towels, electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. Regret no smoking or pets. Additional info: bicycles can be stored in the garage. Location: pub and shop 1 mile, beach 500 metres walking distance. Arrival: 3.30pm.
