PERFECT LOCATION CLOSE TO SANDY BEACHES AND GOLF COURSE
Perfectly situated at the top of Bude town centre, parallel to the impressive 18-hole links golf course and only yards from the clubhouse and first tee, with access to the property via a rear unadopted lane. A two minute walk brings you to Summerleaze downs with great views of Bude's beaches and access to the South West Coastal path along the cliff tops. Summerleaze Beach with its unique outdoor sea pool is a 600m walk from the front door, with Crooklets Beach only a little further. Both beaches are very popular with swimmers, body boarders and surfers and have lifeguards on duty during the summer months. Bude offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants plus many leisure facilities such as boating, riding, tennis and bowls. Further afield are several attractions such as The Eden Project, Crealy Adventure Park and The Milky Way, or alternatively spend the day exploring the area with Boscastle, Tintagel, fantastic coastal scenery and National Trust properties within easy driving distance.
This spacious accommodation is adjoining to the rear of the sister house and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite with shower over bath and WC, 1 further double with en-suite shower room. Off the landing approached by two small steps is 1 further bedroom with two singles and bunk beds, a family en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. Stairgates are available. Downstairs is a separate WC and washbasin. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large open-plan area includes a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. The kitchen and dining area has a lower ceiling (approx 6'5”) which opens up higher into the lounge area with two sofas, two chairs and TV/DVD and Freeview. Utility room: which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. A selection of wetsuits and bodyboards are available to use. Outside: relax and unwind after a day’s activities in the enclosed courtyard with seating. Amenities: possible parking in the unadopted lane outside which gives access to the property or public car park close by. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: shops, pubs and beach all within easy walking distance. Arrival: 4.30pm.
