This spacious accommodation, situated in the heart of the popular coastal town of Bude, is tastefully furnished and has far reaching views across the town and nearby countryside to the sea beyond. Easy access to the town, beaches and all its amenities. Bude has much to offer with a choice of sandy beaches, superb outdoor sea pool and magnificent cliff top walks. The town itself offers a wide selection of gift shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants and many local amenities such as boating on the canal, tennis, an impressive 18-hole links golf course, ten-pin bowling and indoor leisure pool. Within easy driving distance to explore the various picturesque fishing villages such as Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac and a wealth of family attractions such as The Milky Way and Crealy Adventure Park.

The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: on the first floor 1 large double room with en-suite shower room, 1 double with sea glimpses and 1 twin. 1 further twin room is accessed via a steep spiral staircase to the second floor and has restricted head room. Bathroom: upstairs with double bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Additional cloakroom downstairs. Lounge/diner: bright and airy, comfortable leather sofas, gas fire, large flatscreen TV, Freeview, DVD, CD/DAB/iPod docking station and large dining table. Kitchen/diner: modern and well equipped with electric range cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer. Utility room: separate with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: a large enclosed garden and patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and internet access included. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: beach, shops and pubs within easy walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
