SUPERB SPACIOUS DETACHED FARMHOUSE FINISHED TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD

This 350 year old farmhouse is secluded and approached via its own private driveway and is situated in one of North Cornwall's most popular areas. A truly idyllic spot for a relaxing holiday, you will be able to enjoy the many walks on offer including National Trust clifftop walks. The area is famed for some of the best long sandy surfing beaches in the South West, as well as having a wealth of sheltered coves with rock pools. There is much to see and do in the area with the main town of Bude being a 10 minute drive, with a range of shops, pubs, restaurants, canal, Splashpool, golf and other leisure activities. Alternatively, the village of Kilkhampton is only a mile away with a choice of two traditional pubs and village stores. Also a great base for touring the area with attractions to suit all tastes being close by and these include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Clovelly with its steep, stepped cobbled streets, Tintagel with its Arthurian Legends, Tamar Otter Park and Wild Wood, to name but a few. In the evenings, visit one of many local family pubs serving good food or enjoy a glass of the wine in the pleasant enclosed garden.
The spacious accommodation, which retains much original charm and character, with exposed wood and slate floors, is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 further double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: fantastic room with bath, large walk in shower and WC. Separate WC. Lounge: choice of two, 1 with feature inglenook fireplace and open fire, second with TV, DVD, Freeview, hi-fi and woodburner. first basket of logs supplied for each lounge. Dining room: separate. Kitchen: well-equipped farmhouse-style with rangemaster cooker, American style fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine fridge, microwave and many useful extras. Outside: enclosed garden with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included, wi-fi available. Cot linen is not supplied. Regret no smoking or pets. Additional info: owner lives in discreet property to rear. Discounts for couples in off-peak weeks. Location: beach 2 miles, shop and pubs under 2 miles. Arrival: 4.30pm.
