LOVELY DETACHED BARN WITH SWIMMING POOL AND GAMES ROOM
Nestled quietly beside a narrow country road on the fringe of the Luxulyan Valley which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your immediate surroundings with some lovely walks directly from the property. You will be ideally based for exploring the whole area, with so much to see and do in the immediate area including Fowey, The Eden Project being only 1 mile, Charlestown with its Tall Ships, the market town of St Austell all being within a 4 mile radius. An intriguing wildlife feature are the rare 'Lesser Horseshoe bats' who leave woodland caves from April until August to tuck themselves under the eaves of this once derelict granite stone barn. Transformed into a spacious holiday home, it stands totally enclosed and private from the owner's neighbouring dwelling, fronting onto an attractively laid South facing patio and lawn. A comfortable retreat at any time of year, guests can relax and unwind in homely surroundings and enjoy a very special break. Leisure facilities: enclosed unheated swimming pool (children to be strictly supervised at all times) accessed via a few steps up from the main property entrance with gated access also leads to raised patio. Games room: complete with pool table, dart board and family games providing fun and entertainment for all the family.
The spacious accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC, 1 double and 2 twins. All bedrooms have washbasins. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate shower room with WC for swimming pool. Lounge: with TV, DVD, Freeview and electric fire. Second lounge with TV, video, Freeview, hi-fi and electric woodburner. Kitchen/diner: downstairs farmhouse-stye with cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge.
