THIS STRIKING GEORGIAN HOUSE ENJOYS UNINTERUPTED VIEWS OF THE ESTUARY

The accommodation is the main wing of this attractive Georgian style building that enjoys its own completely private garden and the most stunning views down the Camel estuary. This grand looking house has recently benefitted from a sympathetic update from the owner that has bought the wealth of character features back to life. The property enjoys a rural situation, yet is within walking distance down to the local pub and popular garden centre with equally popular restaurant. Wadebridge is a short drive and offers a wealth of restaurants, shops, pubs and cinema. With direct access through the Owners fields to the Camel Trail why not hire a bike for the day and take in the stunning scenery as you gently wind up the Camel Trail to the must visit town of Padstow, famed for its exquisite selection of restaurants and pubs, including celebrity chef Rick Stein's of course. Just a short drive leads you on to the A39 Atlantic Highway that meanders along the North Coast of Cornwall and is ideal for those wishing to explore the whole of this individual county. Leisure facilities: guests also have access to the owner's outdoor heated swimming pool (available from mid May - mid September) with shallow end for younger children. Games room: snooker room located within the lower ground floor and offers a full size snooker table (children must be supervised).

This grand accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: with 2 spacious double rooms that enjoy four-poster beds and lovely views down the estuary, with 2 further twin bedrooms, one of which enjoys estuary views, all are located on the first floor. Bathroom: with WC. Separate shower room with WC, both located on the first floor. Lounge: benefits from a woodburner and a wall mounted flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview. Kitchen/diner: enjoys ample space with range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Outside: the enclosed garden enjoys a seating and patio area with BBQ, extensive lawn and a gravelled drive immediately to the front of the property. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Wi-fi available. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking or pets within the property. Location: beach 7 miles, shop and pub within 1 mile. Arrival: 4pm.
