The first reception room also serves as a dining room with a large table that can seat 12 people, perfect for enjoying meals prepared in the farmhouse kitchen. The bedrooms are spread across the upper two floors, with a king size room with en-suite, two double rooms sharing a bathroom, and two triple rooms on the top floor with a shared shower room. The top floor rooms offer some of the best views of Hawkshead Hall.
