This detached cottage in Holymoorside, Derbyshire, located on the border of the Peak District National Park within the owner's grounds, sleeps 4 and features an open fire. The location offers fantastic transport links, with Chesterfield nearby and Chatsworth House and Gardens just a stone's throw away, providing a great day out for the family. The nearby town of Bakewell is famous for its Bakewell Pudding shop, and the area boasts a variety of country pubs, cafes, and restaurants to enjoy. Additionally, there are plenty of countryside walks, cycle paths, and bridleways to explore in the surrounding area.

Upon entering the cottage, guests are greeted by a charming country cottage kitchen/diner equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a combo microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. The kitchen also features a fully working Aga, adding to the cozy atmosphere. The dining area offers a traditional farmhouse table with views of the surrounding countryside. Moving into the lounge area, guests will find a wood burner for cozy nights in, a large flat screen TV, and comfortable sofas for relaxation.

Upstairs, the cottage has two bedrooms: one king-size with an en suite shower and WC, and one king-size zip and link (which can be made into twin beds upon request) with an en suite bathroom featuring a slipper bath, enclosed shower, and WC. Outside, the garden area includes a patio, seating, and a built-in BBQ, perfect for warm summer evenings and alfresco dining. There is also an allocated parking area for two cars next to the cottage, making it convenient for guests to explore the surrounding area.
