The property is also only a half mile walk or 1 mile drive to Churston station, which is on the Dartmouth Heritage Steam Railway. The steam train can even often be seen from the rear garden.
The fantastic Elberry Cove or Broadsands beaches are both equidistant at ½ mile away. The infamous fishing/harbour town of Brixham is only 2¼ miles up the road, where fresh fish restaurants are in abundance as well as the famous Golden Hind Museum Ship, which is permanently docked up for tourists to visit. If visiting around May time, Brixham also holds its annual pirate festival, which is full of activities and dressing up. A great day out for the whole family!

The property is attached to the owners' home.
Located in Brixham, this cabin is by the sea. Golden Hind and Palace Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Greenway House and Garden and Splashdown Quaywest.
