This detached two-storey holiday home showcases a fully enclosed front garden, plenty of off-road parking, an open plan living area, two bathrooms and two cosy bedrooms. Branscombe is known as being one of the prettiest unspoilt villages in Devon, ideally located on the Jurassic Coastline which is a World Heritage Site and its part of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
As you head inside, you will instantly feel at home in the open plan kitchen, living and dining area which is furnished with comfortable seating, Smart TV, DVD player, an electric fireplace and a table and chairs. This is the perfect space for winding down after a busy day exploring the coastline or for planning out those up and coming adventures. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal. The ground floor also has a bathroom. Head upstairs to discover the two bedrooms, one being en-suite (care to be taken with some low sloped ceilings).
In front of the property is a pretty, enclosed, gravelled garden with an outdoor decked seating area; a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee in the sunshine. There is a timeless magic about Branscombe which is an 8-minute drive away and the beautiful fishing village of Beer is just a 10-minute drive. In Beer you will discover the famous Horseshoe beach and you can watch the local fishermen bringing in their catch. Enjoy picturesque walks along the coastal path to Sidmouth in one direction and Beer and Seaton in the other. Local attractions include Beer Quarry Caves, Pecorama, Seaton Tramway, Crealy, Bicton Gardens and the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth.
