With such close proximity to nature it is most likely that you will see Red Deer on the doorstep and in the evening hear a chorus of Owls, along with bats on the wing and enjoy amazingly clear views of the night sky. The wild flower meadow adjacent to the cottage can be a riot of colour depending on the time of year with some rare flowers, starting in spring with Blue Bells in the woodland, following on with primroses, orchids, Fox gloves and campion.

Burrow Hill Cottage enjoys a peaceful 'hidden away' location but is only a short walk from the rural village of Hemyock with its convenient amenities. Idyllic, unspoilt and enjoying privacy with its own garden. The area is perfect for dog lovers and the property allows the freedom to roam in the owners fields immediately adjacent. The location offers miles of footpaths and bridleways and has a feel of adventure and exploration with the addition of two pubs, easily reached by foot. In addition there is a small castle and the local amenities at Hemyock village means you can stock up without travelling too far.
