A sunny self-catering holiday cabin with a private hot-tub, a large enclosed decking – children and pet-friendly, only a stone throw from the resort's main facilities (Waterpark, Gym, Spa, etc.), and the on-site restaurant/pub.

The cabin is located on a quiet cul-de-sac within a luxury holiday resort across 130 acres of South Devonshire woodland. It sleeps up to 4 people across bedrooms. The cabin is double-glazed, centrally heated, and features a stylish electric fire. Free Wi-Fi.
The space
LOUNGE - the spacious but warm and cosy lounge is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. It features a luxury freestanding three-seater suede sofa and comfortable armchairs. For those cooler days, there is an integral electric fire! You can sit back and watch your favourite tv programs on our 40” TV or watch from a range of DVDs. You can also connect to the internet with Wi-Fi. There are also Books, Games, Jigsaws, Cards, to have fun with your family – The perfect balance between relaxation and fun!

KITCHEN DINING ROOM - The fitted kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with lots of work surfaces, a washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, large oven and grill, stainless steel cooker extractor, five-burner gas hob, and a fridge and freezer. The dining area provides a modern wooden table and four wood faux leather chairs situated by a glazed window, which lets in a lot of light, giving that wonderful spacious feel.

MASTER Bedroom – The master bedroom comprises a double bed, with bedside units set in a good-sized room with a bay window, in which is set a vanity unit and cupboards to the sides. There is a full-Length mirror and door leading to a 2-sided Walk-in Wardrobe, with lots of hanging space and shelves. joined to the bedroom is an ensuite toilet and basin.

SECOND BEDROOM - slightly smaller, but no less luxurious, this twin bedroom features two superbly comfortable beds, a wardrobe and plenty of shelves.

BATHROOM - The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a thermostatic shower mixer. There is also a separate bath with a handheld shower overhead, “perfect for young children”, vanity mirror over a washbasin, toilet, chrome towel rail. Fresh luxury hand and bath towels are provided for all guests upon arrival.

OUTSIDE DECKING - There is a generously sized decked area to the side and back of the cabin, with moorland views. Brand new private hot-tub. Equipped with a wooden patio table and four chairs, the decking area is fully fenced all set for guests to enjoy morning coffee in the sun.

GUESTS ACCESS - Guests enjoy private access to the whole cottage.

FREE PARKING FOR 1 CAR - Templar Cabin has a single designated parking space in the car park right outside the cabin.
Other things to note
PET FRIENDLY - dogs are welcome at an extra charge (£40/dog). Pets to be supervised.

FAMILY FRIENDLY – upon request we can provide one highchair and a travel cot. Bedding is not provided for the travel cot.

NO SMOKING - no smoking in the cabin

EARLY CHECK-IN and/or LATE CHECK-OUT may be available for purchase (separately). Please contact us if you wish to order it.

SWIMMING POOL/GYM passes are not included in the price. However, we can pre-order the passes for the guests at a heavily discounted price. Guests will need to collect them from the swimming pool reception and pay upon arrival.

Located in Newton Abbot, this lodge is in a rural area. Stover Country Park and Dartmoor National Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Grand Pier and Buckfast Butterfly Farm and Dartmoor Otter Sanctuary. Topsham Pool and Babbacombe Model Village and Gardens are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
