Centrally situated in the heart of the South Hams, close to many beautiful beaches, this is a wonderful holiday destination with fantastic facilities on the doorstep. Whilst there is plenty to occupy busy people at Colmer, there are many places within the extensive grounds of this lovely location for those seeking peace and tranquillity in an idyllic location. Excellent Pub with good bar food and restaurant and shop within a 2 minute walk.
Woodside is a single level apartment comprises the ground floor of the east wing of this superb original Georgian Manor House. Recently renovated to an exceptional standard and set in its own private lawned garden, the property enjoys good sized rooms with tall, elegant windows, most of which overlook the garden and woods beyond and is set in a very peaceful and secluded part of this lovely estate.

There are two bedrooms, each with electric storage heaters:
Bedroom 1 with King size 5ft bed with fitted wardrobe and large sash windows.
Bedroom 2 with Twin 2ft 6in beds, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers, velux roof window.
Bathroom with bath and rainfall shower over, vanity unit with basin, heated towel rail, WC, underfloor heating.
Outside: A path leads around the rear of the manor house to the front door where there is a private area of lawn that extends out to woodland.
A terrace beside the front door is provided with table and chairs. Facilities as above all included.
