This characterful property is located in the heart of Dartmoor National Park in the historic village of Princetown, where Sir Author Conan Doyle stayed and started writing his famous story of Sherlock Holmes – The Hounds of the Baskervilles. Guests can relax in comfort throughout the property’s spacious and tastefully renovated downstairs living accommodation, including a sitting room displaying traditional charm and an open fire for cooler months, or entertain in the open-plan kitchen/diner flowing through to a play room with patio doors leading out to a rear courtyard and garden. Benefiting from a large enclosed garden with views from the rear across open moorland, guests can eat alfresco style on the gravel courtyard and unwind throughout the mature garden.

All bedrooms offer their owner character and are suitably furnished and tastefully presented, the bathroom has been contemporarily finished with oval bath and separate walk-in shower and the property has parking for two to three vehicles.

There is a gravelled parking area to the rear of the property, at the back of the garden, for parking of 2/3 vehicles. This is accessed via a green lane approximate 100m along Station Road and is the 2nd gateway on the right.
