The Colmer Estate is an exclusive collection of 20 holiday cottages set in 28 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The popular towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth are both just a short drive away. The original Coach House is now a detached, single storey cottage. A traditional stone building, the open plan living area is bright and contemporary as are the three comfortable bedrooms - a double, a twin and a children's bunk room. From the living area, French doors open on to the patio and front lawn, where you can enjoy the late summer evenings - and glimpses of the pool are visible through the archway of the gatehouse.
