LOCATION The house is situated in an imposing position high above Hope Cove on the very edge of the coastal path offering easy access to a series of beautiful walks to Salcombe, Thurlestone and other coastal villages. The local beaches, pub and shop are all within a 5-10 minute walk whilst the links golf courses at Thurlestone and Bigbury are just a short drive away. VIEWS Spectacular panoramic views across to Bolt Tail, Burgh Island and beyond from most of the main reception rooms and bedrooms. ENTRANCE For convenience a side entrance leads into a newly refurbished BOOT ROOM with fitted units, cupboards and coat hooks. UTILITY AREA with washing machine and tumble dryer. The boot room leads into the kitchen. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Fitted kitchen with 2-oven AGA, four-ring electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar with four stools and radio/cassette player. BEDROOMS Four in total. On the first floor is a master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside units and wonderful sea views. En suite shower room with large shower unit, wash hand-basin, w.c., shaver point and light. On the same floor there are two further bedrooms - one with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside units and fantastic views, and a twin bedroom with pine single beds and chest of drawers. On the ground floor is a fourth bedroom with a 2'6 single bed and similarly sized 'stacker' bed stored below suitable for children only, wardrobe, drawers and small en-suite with shower cubicle and wash-hand basin CLOAKROOM in hallway adjacent to this bedroom with w.c and basin).
