Set in a tranquil location perfect for holidays or mini-breaks, the property backs onto the Chewton Bunny nature reserve with adjacent footpath and easy 5 minute stroll through the Bunny to the beautiful award winning Highcliffe beach with its numerous promenades and cliff side paths to explore. The beach is also ideal for bathing, body-boarding and surfing and has lifeguards during July and August. The excellent Cliffhanger Cafe sits at alongside the beach, or watch the sun go down over the water at local cliff top bars/restaurants.
This large two bedroom, two bathroom bungalow has ample space and is well equipped for a comfortable stay. The en-suite master bedroom has a king size bed and bedroom two has two single beds (can be pushed together or split). The comfortable lounge has a 43inch TV with talktalk tv. The dining room has double patio door opening onto the enclosed private rear garden. The garden has a large decking area with gas BBQ and table/chairs for outside dining. With beautiful hydrangeas and flowering pots the garden is a delight all year round and is visited daily by many wild birds including nuthatches and woodpeckers. Also watch out for bunny's on the front lawn!
Highcliffe High Street is a short walk providing a great range of food shops (co-op and Tesco), chemists, bars, cafes, restaurants, butchers, bakers, deli, wonderful fresh fish stall (Saturday morning), pharmacy, medical centre etc. or travel a couple of miles to a multitude of large supermarkets and services around New Milton and Christchurch (Waitrose, Sainsbury, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl all within 10mins).
Within a ten minute drive you can visit Christchurch with its historic Priory and Monday market, Highcliffe Castle and tea rooms, Friars Cliff Beach and Avon Beach. Mudeford is also excellent for crabbing off the quay, fishing trips or speed boat hire/rides. The Mudeford small ferry will also take you the 200m (dogs allowed) across to Mudeford Sands/Hengistbury Head. Just a couple of miles from the house you can also venture into the New Forest with its quaint villages, cycling and walking paths, golf courses and of course the New Forest ponies. Adventure Wonderland, Lymington famous for its sailing (also Ferry to Isle of Wight), Exbury Gardens with its steam railway, Beaulieu and Bournemouth are also great places to visit.

Located in Christchurch, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Highcliffe Castle and Parley Manor are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Activity Centre and Littledown Sports Center. Lymington Sea Water Baths and Boscombe Chine Gardens Mini Golf Course are also worth visiting. Windsurfing and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and horse riding nearby.
