Situated just over the lifting bridge from Poole Quay where you will find various bars, local restaurants and many more attractions.

The accommodation offers spacious living with open plan living/dining room leading directly in to galley styled kitchen with breakfast bar and fitted appliances. The living room offers comfy sofas' and flatscreen Smart TV. Ground floor cloakroom. Upstairs there are three bedroom, the master bedroom offers a king size bed, bedroom two a double bed and the third bedroom offering a twin with two single beds. The family bathroom features a bath with shower over, W.C, basin and heated towel rail.

The south facing garden is the perfect spot to catch the morning sun or relax stargazing with your favourite drink while planning another day of exploring the Stunning Dorset Jurassic Coastline.

Parking - There is two parking space (medium size cars). Please allow access to side walkway as this is communal.
