Cassel Sands is a large, laid-back, dog-friendly beach house situated on a quiet crescent with quick walking access through a delightful, wooded chine to the beautiful Branksome Dene beach. The relaxed and stylish family-orientated house has spacious indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. The garden is large and open, perfect for barbecues and games on the lawn. There is a hot, outdoor shower around the side to wash off any sand and space to hang wetsuits and wet towels. The walk from Cassel Sands to Branksome Dene beach takes just over 5-minutes. This is a wonderful Blue Flag, sandy beach perfectly placed between Bournemouth and Sandbanks, which is dog friendly all year round and offers something for the whole family

Westbourne village is a 5-minute drive or a short walk, through Alum Chine, where there is a large M&S, Tescos Express and other cool shops. There is also a Tescos Superstore 5 minutes drive from the property and Bournemouth City is a 15 minute drive.
Local Restaurants
Our local pub, Inn in the Park is less than 10 minutes' walk. Vesuvio Italian Restaurant on Alum Chine Beach is also walkable and serves a great pizza. The trendy Westbourne village (which won the TripAdvisor "Traveller's Award 2022") has plenty of good pubs (The Libertine), restaurants (Westbourne Grill House, Gossip, Mi Ya and the famous Chez Fred for fish & chips) and several excellent artisan coffee shops. Canford Cliffs village is a short walk away in the opposite direction and also benefits from lovely pubs and bakeries. For breakfast on the beach there is the Chineside and Jazz Cafe in Sandbanks. For fine dining we recommend Rick Stein in Sandbanks.

For those who like to exercise it is an easy and enjoyable walk or jog along the beachfront promenade, to Canford Cliffs and Sandbanks beaches with plenty of waterside cafes and restaurants to enjoy along the way. Branksome Dene beach is also served with a parking lot just around the corner, which is convenient for those with big water toys.
