There is ample comfortable seating for all to relax and unwind, the rear doors can be opened up to enjoy the small garden area whilst you sip your morning coffee. The front doorway and hall offer space to hang your coats or to kick off your walking boots or flip flops. To the right of the entrance doorway you will find a handy shower room and WC. As you head up the L shape stairs with bright large windows, there are two welcoming bedrooms, one spacious king size and one twin bedroom for all to enjoy a good nights rest. Stepping outside to the front of the property you will find a patio area with seating, a lovely spot for a BBQ and some al fresco dining, to the rear of the property you will find a small seating area. It is set amongst similar cottages in 40 acres of shared grounds. There is ample private parking.
