On the first floor there is a double aspect bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and views across the bay and over the golf course. The spacious hall has a bespoke feature staircase which leads to the 1st floor where there is a galleried landing with a study area and an additional sitting area with patio doors to a small balcony - fantastic views over Gwbert on Sea! The house now benefits from fibre optic connectivity.

The Patch near Gwbert is a small sandy beach on the Teifi Estuary with a Site of Special Scientific Interest (flora) nearby. For seafarers, bird and marine life lovers boat trips leave from the pontoon on the beach (in season).
