Located in the heart of the East Sussex countryside with beautiful rural views, this property is within easy reach of the local pub. The carriage enjoys a beautiful and timeless view across to historic Bodiam Castle, which is managed by the National Trust and is well worth a visit. Hop on the nearby Kent and East Sussex railway and take a visit to the market town of Tenterden with its tree lined high street, and wide range of independent shops, restaurants and cafes. For keen walkers, there are ample local footpaths surrounding the property which are perfect to explore the surrounding areas and enjoy unspoilt views. 5 minutes stroll within the grounds of Quarry Farm, there is also a café and farm shop, "The Hub" offering Wi Fi, water sports, a beauty salon and many other facilities. The carriage is accessed by a wooden ramp into a small entrance hall with a cloakroom with WC. Enter into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a warm and cosy area in which to unwind after a long stroll in the countryside, with a wood burner, comfy sofa, armchair and TV/DVD, and a small dining table with seating for two. It is a great space for entertaining.There is also a lawn area for enjoying a spot of croquet and to the rear of the property is an unfenced pond.
