A newly built modern architectural property which is formed around inspirational design, a home for the free-spirited traveller to relax and recharge their batteries.
This beautifully presented studio offers an open-plan living space and a compact kitchen that includes a two-ring induction hob, combi oven & microwave, sink, mini prep area, kettle, toaster, compact fridge, and a selection of kitchen equipment.
The Luxurious Kind-sized bed is positioned towards the balcony. There’s a Smart TV with Freeview and option for guests to login to their own Netflix account.
The en-suite bathroom comprises of a walk-in shower, wash-hand basin, toilet, and heated towel rail.
The Malibu studio has double fronted doors which lead out to a private balcony with a Bistro style table & chairs. Why not take a seat, relax, and soak up the evening sun with a refreshing glass of wine or a nice cold beer.
The beach access is just a two-minute walk from your front door.
Outside there is space for off road parking just in front of the sunken surfboards.
Your private front door has a key safe that allows you to come and go as you please.
