Beach fronted beautifully designed mobile home with a spacious lounge leading out through patio doors to a South Facing, raised decked area with rattan seating overlooking the beach. The lounge has a large corner sofa, a flat screen Smart TV, fitted gas fireplace.

There is a dining area with a table and chairs to seat four guests adjacent to a modern fitted kitchen with an integrated gas hob and Newworld oven, full sized fridge and freezer, microwave oven and Nespresso coffee machine, the kitchen has an array of pots, pans, plates, glasses and serving dishes to ensure this is a real home from home experience.

There are two modern bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, wall mounted T.V, dressing area, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a full-sized bath, low level wash hand basin and W.C. Bedrooms two has twin beds and fitted wardrobes with drawers under.

There is an additional bathroom adjacent to bedroom two with a shower, low level wash hand basin and W.C.

This property has gas central heating and free Wi-Fi as standard.

There is space to the side of the mobile home for two cars.

The holiday site comprises of integrated roadways and walkways, providing easy access to the warren of private retreats, situated adjacent to the private beach. There is an indoor swimming pool, gym, arcades, children's entertainment, clubhouse with restaurant and bar. As well as launderette, Football, and sports court, plus evening entertainment.

The site is a short walk from the stunning Sovereign Harbour Marina, and further down Eastbourne's promenade - the landmark Victorian pier.

There are no facilities during off peak times, however, don't forget the beach is just a pebble’s throw from the mobile home and is great in the winter too. You could enjoy the surf during the blustery weather or wrap up warm and take a walk along the long and beautiful bay. Eastbourne, Battle and Hastings are also great winter places to explore.
