The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with dining table and chairs and a modern and comfortable living area leading onto the balcony with table and chairs. The family bathroom has a walk in shower along with a separate bath tub.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the apartment from the basement car park or from the front entrance by foot, then in the lift or stairs to floor 3. Both entrances will need the key fob to unlock the doors.
