A quaint cottage just a hundred meters from the centre of St Andrews, New York Cottage sleeps up to four guests comfortably in two superking or twin bedrooms and offers spacious, cosy accommodation for groups of friends, a family or golfers.

As you enter the cottage you are greeted by the inviting entrance hall, giving you access to the open plan kitchen and dining room, which is fully equipped with everything required for your self-catered stay. Just off the kitchen is the utility room, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer and ample storage space.

To the side of the property, accessed via the utility room door, is the private, mature garden. There is even an apple tree, perfect for a homemade crumble which can be enjoyed cosied up by the fire.

To the right of the property as you enter is the spacious living area, with its original open fire, perfect for a chilly, winter evening. The master shower room is located on the ground floor, with a large double sized shower cubicle.

The bright stairway wraps around up to the first floor, where there are two spacious superking or twin bedrooms.
