The Space:
Stunning, light & airy new-build 2 bedroom garden house with outdoor patio area. Comfortably sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms one of which can be split into twins.
Free parking for several cars. Ample storage for golf clubs.  The property has it's own entrance on the ground floor. 
The accommodation layouts are as follows:
Ground Floor - 2 double bedrooms one of which can be split into twins. Fully equipped kitchen in open-plan kitchen/living area with TV and sofas. 1 bathroom with shower. Access out to the enclosed patio garden. 
The Neighbourhood:
St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more. 10 mins walk to town centre (3 mins drive), 15 mins to Old Course, 15 to the beach. Supermarkets in the vicinity. Very close to David Russell Apartments.
Getting Around:
Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the house are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements.
Pre Arrival:
When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in.
Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code prior to arrival.
During Your Stay:
We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay.
