Outside are large lawned gardens and a courtyard, great for letting the dogs out for a run and for the children to play in. There is a lovely sunroom at the front of the property offering a great spot for relaxing with a book or watching the red kites fly by.
There are a number of good walks to be had right from the front door and there is a pub within walking distance - being refurbished and opening in September 2023. You are sure of never a dull moment with plenty to see and do in the area. Visit the Victorian town of Llandrindod Wells, or the market town of Builth Wells, both 6 miles away, home to The Royal Welsh Showground, which hosts many events throughout the year including The Royal Welsh Show, The Winter Festival, The Cob Show and The Dog Show. Th Elan Valley - the Lakes of Wales - are only a short distance away. Whatever you decide to do on your holiday this property will be the perfect base for you and your family.
