This charming property is situated within a small architect designed development, just a half mile walk into the centre of Crickhowell. The vibrant village offers a good mix of shops to include a bakers and butchers where you can take advantage of the local produce along with restaurants and pubs. For walkers, you can leave the car behind with routes that will guide you into the park onto some of the peaks to include Table Mountain. There are activity centres that offer kayaking, climbing, mountain biking and horse riding throughout the area. For the more easy going guests, there are some lovely market towns such as Hay on Wye (known as the town of books), Abergavenny and Brecon, all within easy reach. Follow the pathway to the front door and step inside the reverse level accommodation. The ground floor is home to the spacious double bedroom where guests can take advantage of the pretty courtyard with French doors that lead into the garden. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Also on this floor is a utility cupboard with a washing machine and storage space. Climb the stairs into the living space, where you can relax and admire the rooftop views across the gardens out of the large picture window with Juliet balcony, or simply enjoy a movie on the TV. For dining, there is a table and chairs where you can enjoy a hearty supper. The galley style kitchen area is set to the front of the cottage and is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with an ice compartment. There is a wooden ladder with a handrail that gives access to a mezzanine that offers a single bed. Outside, you can relax and enjoy the afternoon sun in the courtyard garden, with a table and chairs perfect for summer dining. There is a shed where bikes can be stored. There is also off road parking for one car in the communal car park.
