With a host of fantastic, sandy beaches including Oxwich, Rhossili and Worms Head, Gower is an ever popular holiday destination for walkers, cyclists and surfers. This splendid cottage is set in the heart of Reynoldston, a picture perfect village, with village pub and shop. Visit nearby Weobly Castle, a 14th century fortified manor overlooking the village, which is open to the public. Also, less than a ten minute drive to the bays at Port Eynon, Three Cliffs and Pwlldu. The Gower Heritage Centre, a museum built around a 12th century watermill is a lovely day out or enjoy some retail therapy in the city. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Enter the property into the welcoming and social lounge/diner. The perfect space to enjoy, with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV/DVD, after a wonderful day exploring The Gower Peninsula. To the far left of the entrance doorway you will find the formal dining area to enjoy a home cooked meal together. Head up one step, through to the kitchen, well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a small dining area. To complete the ground floor, you will find a handy boot area and the family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Head up the cottage stairs which lead off from the lounge area to the first floor, this will lead you to the master double bedroom with added en suite WC and the further twin bedroom, the perfect space to enjoy a good night s rest after a busy day exploring. Outside there is an enclosed cottage style garden with patio and artificial grassed area, the perfect spot for a glass of wine where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploration. There is off road parking for two cars, one space to the front of the property and one at the rear.
