Situated in the heart of the village of Grosmont, where there is a pub, post office, a church and a castle almost on the doorstep. Centrally located, it's a great base for exploring Abergavenny, Monmouth and Herefordshire, as well as having the Wye Valley in one direction and the Brecon Beacons National Park in the other. Cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the location, with spectacular routes. The Wye Valley is peppered with Norman Castles, Grosmont Castle being one of a famous trio along with Skenfrith and White Castle. Enter the coach house into the open plan kitchen/sitting room/dining room. The sitting room has a sofa and woodburner effect electric fire, TV, DVD, iPod dock and radio. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need, including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Upstairs there is a king sized bedroom with gorgeous garden views, adjacent to the bathroom with hand held shower over bath and WC. Outside there is a cosy terrace and gravelled area with table and chairs, perfect for an alfresco meal or drink. Secure parking for up to 2 cars and bike storage available.
