Stunning Georgian Era Home, Llanbedr

Snowdonia. Sleeps up to 10

Cae Nest Hall is a delightful 15th-century stone-built Welsh manor house, complete with extensive garden grounds. Tucked in a quiet pocket of the beautiful Welsh countryside, Llanbedr. Llanbedr lies within the boundaries of the Snowdonia National Park – the contrast between the sea, its lovely sandy beaches and the dramatic rocky mountainscape of the Rhinog range, offers splendid opportunities for a variety of activities and pursuits right on your doorstep.
The space
The house enjoys all the period features and dimensions that Georgian architects were famous for, exceptionally thick stone walls, window seats, deep fireplaces, high covered ceilings, and a wide-turn staircase. Besides 4 bedrooms, guests will have access to two living rooms, dining and a kitchen. The Wi-Fi network is patchy in some areas of the house.
Guest access
Cae Nest Hall is situated in the Snowdonia National Park with access to many outdoor activities such as walking, sailing, fishing, mountain biking, a historic castle and beautiful blue beaches. There are a few charming pubs and restaurants within walking distance and a small village shop down the lane. There is plenty of parking space on the property.

Cae Nest Hall is situated in Llanbedr, just off the A496, between Barmouth and Harlech. From Barmouth, in Llanbedr, turn left at the Victoria Inn and continue for approximately 150 yards, turning next left at the war memorial. Proceed along this road for roughly 300 yards, where you will see a public footpath sign on your left. Turn left here down a track where you will find the entrance to Cae Nest Hall on your left-hand side. Follow the signs, and you will find us. Please note the final bit of the road is narrow and not tarmacked!! (Please do not use the route from Pen-sarn as the road is very narrow)
Other things to note
It is important to note that decorating work is currently being done on some parts of the house.

Located in Llanbedr, this vacation home is in the mountains and near the beach. Royal St. David's Golf Club and Dinas Oleu are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Eryri National Park and Llandanwg Beach. Hufenfa'r Castell and Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways are also worth visiting.
