Suitability
2 to 3 steps and a slope lead down to the house from the road and parking area and two further steps up the front door. There is a sloping path with six steps down to the rear garden and a lower-ground floor apartment containing two bedrooms.

Apartment
Lower-ground floor apartment with covered patio area with a table and seating for four accessed by a sloping path with six steps. Small kitchen with electric oven, two ring electric hob and under-counter fridge. Sitting area with sofa, armchair and TV. The apartment also contains bedrooms 6 and 7 and a separate shower room with WC and basin.

This cottage is located in Abersoch. Plas Glyn y Weddw and Plas-yn-Rhiw are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Llŷn and Lleyn Peninsula.
