Llanddulas Hall is situated in a quiet village, close to Gwrych Castle on the North Wales coast, looking out to the Irish Sea. From it's hillside position, it has spectacular views of the coastline, and woodland walks.
Full of original features, such as fireplaces, including log burners in the spacious kitchen and lounge. Also central heated throughout. Within the property there is a self-contained, double bedroom apartment for additional privacy. There are large, smart TVs in lounges, TVs in bedrooms and WiFi.
Llanddulas Hall is ideal for a quiet and peaceful retreat in the countryside. It is a spacious property, with fully furnished, 7 bedrooms (5 double and 2 single), 5 bathrooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens (with dishwasher), utility room (washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities), and includes a self-contained, double bedroom apartment within the building. French doors on the first floor lead to an outdoor dining decked area, with views of the sea and woodland.
The large, double floor lounge has traditional paneled features, with a piano and balcony, giving it a historic feel. The building was once the main entrance to a Victorian boarding school, where famous figures once taught and studied. Evelyn Waugh wrote his novel, Decline and Fall, while teaching at the property, based on building and the characters who resided within it.
Window seats in many of the large bedrooms face the coastal views, and straight out of the driveway you can enter the woodlands, where you'll discover caves, hilltop views, streams, farm animals and Gwrych Castle.
