There is an excellently equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher and a microwave. In terms of entertainment, you ll have a Smart TV and DVD for cosy film nights, and there is a shelf with books and DVDs to borrow. A small hallway reveals the shower room that has a walk in shower and WC. The staircase to the upper floor leads from a second door from the lounge. Take care as you ascend the stairs as it is narrow but once you reach the top you will see the two bedrooms. One is a pleasant room with a double bed, and the other is a pretty twin with two 2ft 6 beds. Both rooms have useful storage. You are excellently located for the beach, as well as Aberdovey s array of amenities including a selection of shops and a public green immediately below the property where there are benches to enjoy the famous Aberdovey ice cream which is located just next door! A permit is provided for one car to use in the nearby Pay & display car parks so you do not need to worry about parking.
