A beautifully furnished sea view chalet, in an ideal location just 20 seconds walk from the beach. The chalet is situated on a large and unique plot offering one of the most generous sites on the holiday park. There is an extensive decked area offering excellent panoramic views of the sea, surrounding headland and landscapes. The decking receives full sunshine all morning, late afternoon and evening. There is a separate sheltered, secluded seating area at rear of chalet, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. The paved driveway and surrounding area offer parking for three or more vehicles. The chalet is one of the largest on the site and is beautifully furnished throughout in contemporary colours with beautiful finishing touches. It has three bedrooms; one with en-suite enclosed shower in addition to the family bathroom with full sized bath and overhead shower. The chalet has a light and airy feel, it's apex ceiling gives a feeling of space throughout. The well-equipped kitchen is open plan and includes a Smeg fridge/freezer, a Rangemaster cooker and hob, an AEG dishwasher and washing machine, stainless steel sink, extractor, microwave, toaster and kettle. There are double patio doors from the kitchen area onto the decking leading immediately onto a unique canopied area providing ideal shade for a BBQ meal al-fresco. The lounge is furnished with a three-seater and a two-seater sofa, along with a footstool- perfect for relaxing in front of the wall-mounted flat screen television accompanied by the cosy glow of the coal effect. The spacious dining area comfortably seats six people around the large dining table. There are external lights to the front and side, and lights around the decking. The chalet is in a quiet location, with mature trees and shrubs for privacy. There is WiFi throughout the chalet. The Warren is a unique and extremely popular holiday park with outstanding facilities. It resides in very close proximity to the Warren beach in Abersoch. In terms of leisure facilities, the site has a large outdoor heated swimming pool, a smaller toddler’s pool and a separate flume ride. There is a poolside café. Indoors there is a heated swimming pool complete with sauna and a separate spa/beauty centre offering massages, facials, manicures, pedicures with tanning, sauna and steam rooms. There is also a fully equipped gym boasting the latest sports equipment. In addition, the site offers a multi-purpose sports hall for basketball, football, badminton, fitness classes and fitted climbing wall. There are two squash courts onsite and a soft play area for younger children and a teen hub. Externally there are three tennis courts and a skate park and outside play area. There is equipment for rent on the beach including canoes, paddle boards, wake boards, water skis etc. On site is a convenient, well-stocked shop which will also offers local fresh produce. The Sand Bar is a stylish and exclusive on-site restaurant overlooking the sea with seating inside or on the external decked area. There is an owners’ club bar which offers more relaxed dining with live sports on large screens. Venture into Abersoch to find all the local amenities, including well-stocked convenience stores and a large range of eateries to suit everyone's palate. The village is a great seaside location with two beaches for you to make the most of, a Sailing School, Yacht Club and a nearby Golf Course.
